Forty consented sites carry several hundred distinct conditions. No individual knows the current status of all of them, and the usual first indication of a problem is a notice from a board.
We hold every condition against the site that carries it, with live status drawn from monitoring already installed where the condition is measurable, and documented status where it is procedural. Anything approaching a limit escalates before it crosses one.
The exercise of simply listing every condition across a group is itself revealing. Most groups discover conditions nobody has checked in years, and occasionally ones nobody knew existed.
