A cold room does not hold one temperature. It holds a distribution, and the difference between the warmest and coolest point is often larger than the tolerance the product requires.
We map chambers, cold rooms, warehouses, ovens and autoclaves under empty and loaded conditions, identify hot and cold spots, and recommend where the monitoring sensors should sit — which is at the worst location, not the convenient one. The mapping report is the evidence an auditor asks for when they question why a sensor is where it is.
