Register Free →Personal and area sampling for dust, fume and chemical exposure against occupational limits.
Occupational exposure produces disease years after the shift, in people who are no longer employed. Nothing about the day it happens signals a problem, which is why it goes unmeasured.
We conduct personal sampling on the workers actually exposed rather than area sampling in convenient locations, and report against the applicable occupational exposure limits. Silica in ceramics and foundries, hexavalent chrome in plating, and solvents in coating and printing are the exposures we find most often above limit. Where a result exceeds one we identify the control and its cost.
Two plants running the same process need different instrumentation, so we survey before we specify and specify before we price. Tell us about the facility and we will come back with a scope stating what is supplied and where our responsibility ends.
